ITEMS DELIVERED TO YOU FROM WITHIN YOUR RESIDENCE COUNTRY
If You are in the UAE and the item you purchase is shipped from within the UAE then delivery will normally be between 1-3 days subject to availability. These times may change during busy times or due to exceptional circumstances like the COVID-19 crisis.
ITEMS DELIVERED TO YOU FROM OUTSIDE YOUR RESIDENCE COUNTRY
If the item you purchase is delivered from outside your country of residence then delivery times will be stated when you order the item. Delivery times vary depending upon the shipping country and may change during busy periods or due to exceptional circumstances like the COVID-19 crisis.
Note that you might be considered the importer of record, in the event that your order requires delivery from overseas. In such instance, you are required to ensure that your ordered products can be lawfully imported, comply with all laws and regulations and to pay all fees and customs duties relevant to your purchase
GENERAL INFORMATION
Delivery prices will be detailed at checkout stage. If your items are being shipped from within the UAE then free shipping will apply to a total purchase of 300 AED or more.
International deliveries will be eligible for free delivery if the total value of items being delivered from overseas is more than 600 AED
If our supply of the product is delayed by an event outside of our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
It is your responsibility to ensure somebody is available to collect and sign for your delivery. If nobody is available to accept delivery then please get in touch with us through messaging with your name and order details.
You may wish to purchase additional insurance for high value items which can be done at checkout stage.
